Beta service

IONOVA Remote Ops is currently a beta service. Features, limits and availability may change. The service can contain defects or temporary interruptions.

Authorized systems only

You may connect and operate only devices, accounts, systems and workspaces that you own or are explicitly authorized to administer.

Remote operations

Some actions are read-only. Other actions can change system state and may require additional confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the target and requested action before approving a change.

Backups and recovery

Maintain independent backups of important data and configurations. Do not rely on the beta service as your only recovery mechanism.

Prohibited use

You must not use IONOVA to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, deploy malware, conduct unlawful surveillance, interfere with third-party systems or perform illegal activity.

Security controls

Do not attempt to disable approval gates, tenant isolation, audit logging, authentication or safety policy. High-risk operations may be denied even when requested by an authenticated user.

Availability and suspension

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, infrastructure or third parties, or when misuse, security risk or violation of these terms is detected.

Third-party services

When you use IONOVA through ChatGPT or another client, that client remains subject to its own terms. IONOVA does not control the availability or policies of third-party services.

Beta warranty

The beta is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Production service levels and commercial warranty terms will be published separately if paid plans are introduced.

Changes

These beta terms may change as the product, security model and commercial offering evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Current scope and mandatory rights

The linked Windows download currently supports device registration only. Full remote execution and ChatGPT integration are not included in that package. Nothing in these beta terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator for account closure or questions. Any future paid offer will require separate, clear pricing and contractual information.
