Data processing and retention

The current public beta handles account identity, device registrations and connection metadata. The registration package stores a device credential locally. The public gateway stores a hash of the credential rather than returning it in the device list.

Retention and deletion

Pairing codes expire after ten minutes. Expiry prevents reuse; it does not establish when the database row is erased. Device revocation disables the registration and is not the same as deleting all account, operational or backup records.

Contact ss@lyngmose.com for access, correction or deletion requests. A fixed retention schedule, backup-expiry schedule and verified deletion procedure are still being finalized for general availability. Do not assume automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Business customer data

Processing customer workspace content is not enabled by the registration-only package. Before enabling business workflows with personal data, the operator must establish the applicable controller/processor roles, processing agreement, subprocessors and transfer safeguards. This page is not a data processing agreement.
