Getting started

Limited beta: device registration. The current public download registers a Windows device. It does not install a persistent agent or enable remote repair. Customer workspace execution and the public ChatGPT connection are still being prepared.
  1. Open the IONOVA app and select Sign in.
  2. Choose Register if you do not have an account. Review our privacy notice and beta terms before registering.
  3. After signing in, select Connect device. If your account does not have pairing permission, contact support. Registration alone does not guarantee this permission.
  4. Read the download limitations, extract the Windows ZIP and open IONOVA-Setup.cmd only on a computer you own or administer.
  5. Paste your pairing code into the setup prompt. The code expires after ten minutes; never paste it into a chat or send it to another person.
  6. Refresh Devices. Registration confirms the account association. It does not mean a background agent is online.
  7. To end access, select Remove for the device in your account. Contact support for account deletion.

Connecting ChatGPT

The public IONOVA MCP connection is not ready yet. Do not use an internal owner endpoint or share owner credentials. A separate customer test guide will be activated after OAuth and account-isolation tests pass.
